Allbound is seeking an #AllStar Mid-Market Sales Development Representative to generate outbound meetings.  You'll get the chance to work in a fast paced environment with an incredible coach and plenty of opportunity for advancement as we continue to grow.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate at least 6 qualified meetings per month
  • Hit daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and metrics
  • Utilize multiple touch points to qualify potential opportunities
  • Keep up to date with our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects
  • Align Allbound solutions with prospect business objectives and needs
  • Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities

 

Required Experience

  • The ability to demonstrate a consultative selling approach in the mid-market/enterprise space
  • Experience managing your own schedule as a remote employee 
  • Ability to work in a culture of training and accountability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to guide prospects through the Allbound sales process.
